• Our Content: All trademarks, logos, site design, and proprietary code are owned by Movieshaus or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute our brand assets without permission.
• Third-Party Media: Movie posters, trailers, and synopses are the property of their respective copyright owners and are used on Movieshaus for informational/promotional purposes under "Fair Use" or specific licensing agreements.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of reviews or ratings you submit. By posting, you grant Movieshaus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute this content to operate and promote the Service.

Movieshaus may contain links to third-party streaming platforms, ticket vendors, or external databases (e.g., IMDb, Netflix, Amazon). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites. Your interactions with third-party services are at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Conduct that harms our community or business reputation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

Movieshaus does not guarantee the accuracy of movie showtimes, availability of titles on third-party platforms, or the correctness of metadata. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOVIESHAUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Movieshaus is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of said jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of Movieshaus after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
